Rates & Descriptions

A $60 registration fee (per delegate family) is required.
All room rates are per person for the full stay shown, based on double occupancy. They are not per-night prices.
Single occupancy: add 50%.
Children under 15 and over 2 years old, sharing a room with two adults, are half price. Children two and under are free.
There are no sleeping rooms on floor 1 (the Convention level); all sleeping rooms begin on the 2nd floor. The hotel has 8 floors.

Early Bird rate in effect: save 10% off the room rates below. Available for a limited time only.

Phase 2 Double Queen Room Floors 2-5. Two queen-sized beds, queen-sized sleeper sofa. The Convention Center and all rooms are connected indoors; walking from Phase 1 to Phase 2 indoors passes through Kalahari's main lobby, which is open to other guests and waterpark visitors. Childcare & cribs

Childcare during session hours for infants and toddlers 3 years and younger: $40 per child. Pre-registration required; space is limited.
Cribs: $20 per crib per night.

Cancellation policy

Full refund by Monday, October 19, 2026, minus 3% credit card fee.
Partial refund by Monday, October 26, 2026 (circumstance is reviewed and a determination is made).
After that, refunds only if the room can be resold.
There is no fee for paying by card. The credit-card fee mentioned above is withheld only from refunds.
