Rates & Descriptions

A $60 registration fee (per delegate family) is required.
Room rates are per person for the full stay, based on double occupancy — not per-night prices.
Single occupancy: add 50%.
Children ages 2–15 sharing a room with two adults are half price. Children under 2 are free.
Rooms are in Phase 1 and Phase 2, both on the Convention campus. In Phase 1 the rooms offered here are on floors 3–8; in Phase 2, which has no first floor, they are on floors 2–8.

First-time attendee discount: thanks to a generous grant, first-time attendees save 25% off the room rates below. Just tell us it's your first Convention when you register. (Replaces the Early Bird discount; not valid on the group rate.)

Pre-Convention seminar (Wednesday evening, Nov 4 & Thursday, Nov 5, before the Convention)

Staying for the Convention and arriving Wednesday? Choose a Wednesday arrival at registration. You'll pay the regular room rate for your stay plus $300 per person attending the Pre-Convention seminar.
Wednesday night only, leaving Thursday? Book one of the packages below instead of a room rate — register with Wednesday arrival, Thursday departure.
Seminar only, no hotel room? Select "Pre-Convention seminar only" under How will you be attending (includes breakfast, lunch, and seminar materials).

Option 1$300 per person
Seminar only, no hotel room. Includes the seminar, materials, breakfast and lunch.
Option 2$550 per person, double occupancy
Wednesday night in a room shared by two people who are both attending the seminar. Includes the room, the seminar, materials and meals.
Option 3$700 per person, single occupancy
Wednesday night in a room by yourself. Includes the room, the seminar, materials and meals.
Option 4$900 per couple
Wednesday night for a couple where only one of you attends the seminar. Includes the room, the seminar for the attendee, and meals for both.

Pre-Convention Seminar Tracks: Principals (Menahalim, Menahalos, General Studies Principals), Special Educators or Supervisors, Early Childhood Directors.

(Walking from Phase 1 to Phase 2 indoors passes through Kalahari's main lobby, shared with other guests and waterpark visitors. Childcare & cribs

Cribs: $20 per crib per night. Limited availability — or bring your own pack 'n play at no charge.
Childcare: $40 per child, for infants and toddlers 3 years and younger.
Available during sessions only — not during meals, except Seudas Shlishis.
Pre-registration required; space is limited.
Private babysitting is not available.

Cancellation policy

Cancel by Monday, October 19, 2026: Full refund minus 3% card fee.
Cancel by Monday, October 26, 2026: Partial refund, reviewed case by case.
After Monday, October 26, 2026: Refund only if TU can resell your room to someone else.
Card fee: No fee to use a credit card. The 3% only applies if you get a refund.
